Geoff is a retired Master Painter and Decorator, Builder, Lecturer, Head of Building at a local College of F E, Building Manager, Magistrate and Chief Verifier for Building NVQs for Wales. What some would say, is a pretty diverse background! 

As a person Geoff has always had a great respect for the people of the valleys and always strived to help people around him, young and old. It was one of the reasons Geoff became a magistrate.

Geoff has a passion for combustion engines (cars) and has an old Porsche which he drives in the summertime. He has always been a keen sportsman and enjoyed playing many sports in his younger days.  Now his only sport is gardening which he enjoys. Geoff also has an interest in politics, local and national and have raised local issues with them both.

Geoff's diversity of employment and wide range of interests has added valuable insight to the board.
