I’m married with two grown-up children and am very much a family man. My professional background has been in Human Resources Management and Organisation Development. I am a qualified and practising coach and my passion in work is supporting and enabling people to grow personally and professionally.

Through a chance conversation at a networking meeting, I learned that ACM were looking for someone with a background in HR to join the Board of Trustees. The opportunity to support an organisation that does such fantastic work in the community was my real motivation, and the core values “We Listen”, “We Learn”, “We Care” are very much aligned with my own personal values. As a Trustee, my aim is to ensure that ACM continues to serve the needs of our local communities and thrive into the future.

In my free time I run and cycle regularly, combining this with fundraising for numerous charities by running Half-Marathon and 10K events. I have also walked the Three Peaks of Wales on three occasions. The best days are those spent walking around the Brecon Beacons or along the Wales Coastal Path.
